Health Law Accred

Recite/Write out the following 12 health laws (from memory)
  1. Bathe daily; wash hands before and after meals and after visiting the toilet.
  2. Brush teeth night and morning, and rinse mouth after every meal.
  3. Be regular every day in using the lavatory.
  4. Have an upright posture when sitting or standing.
  5. Our body needs fresh air and sunlight.
  6. Exercise regularly for health and maintenance of ideal body weight.
  7. Use handkerchirf/tissue to cover mouth or nose when coughing or sneezing.
  8. Do not spit.
  9. Have a balanced and varied diet for healthy growth.
  10. Drink at least six glasses of water a day.
  11. At least 8 to 10 hours of sleep and rest per day.
  12. Wear clean clothes and use clean personal articles.

Maintain good standard of personal cleanliness and hygiene. This inspection will be carried out by the Teacher-in-charge or a volunteer instructor.

  1. Nails- short and clean.
  2. Hair- well-cared, neat and clean
  3. General Appearance- clothes, shoes etc.
